 오늘은 저희 3번째 종목이었던 이리언스의 소식을 전할까합니다.

 얼마 전 이리언스가 주관증권사 IBK투자증권을 선정하고 코스닥 상장에 시동을 걸기 시작하였습니다.

 당시 이리언스의 홍채인식시스템에 관한 것을 추천하면서 생체인식 시스템 도입에 저희 Invest ON은 투자를 할 가치를 찾았었는데요. 우선적으로 이리언스의 소식 중 홍채인식시스템에 대한 자료와 태양광모듈 사업을 시행하면서 동남아시아에 진출하는 이리언스를 소개할까 합니다.

 

1.  벤쳐스퀘어 기사를 찾아보면 이리언스, 1m 거리 개인인증 홍채인식시스템을 출시하였다는 기사를 찾아볼 수 있습니다. 현재 국방 관련 정보기기, 금융권, 기업연구소, 보안설비 출입통제 본인인증용으로 개발된 모델로 카메라를 응시하기만 해도 인증할 수 있게 만들어 낸 홍체시스템 기술력은 다른 정보기기와 보안설비에도 연결할 수 있을 정도로의 기술 성장. 
2. 김성현 이리언스 대표는 "13억 인구와 1억 1,000만 명의 필리핀은 앞다퉈 기존 신분증을 대체할 생체 인증 신분증 도입을 서두르며, 독보적으로 이리언스는 홍채분야 선도기업 입지를 다지겠다."고 밝혔었는데요. 이리언스의 홍채 시스템의 기술력은 어느정도냐 쉽게 말해 삼성 갤럭시 폰에서 자신의 보안 인증 홍채 시스템의 기술력은 이리언스의 기술력이 동급입니다.
3. 이리언스는 기존의 홍채 생체인식 시스템 연구와 더불어 최근 ESS태양광사업과 3D웨이퍼셀 신사업이 급성장한다는 점에서 IBK투자증권과 구체적인 상장방법과 일정 협의 후 IPO전략을 최종 확정할 이야기를 나누고 있는데, 그 규모를 보자면 필리핀 최초 스마트시티 '튜클락시티'에 210억원 규모 첨단 에너지저장장치(ESS) 태양광 가로등 사업 수주, 대만기업과 1,100억원 규모 3D웨이퍼 태양광모듈 공급계약 체결 등 신재생에너지 분야의 다크호스로 급부상하고 있습니다. 

 또한 이리언스는 KOTC-BB시장에 있었던 기업으로써 KOTC-BB시장에서 KOSDAQ으로 상장하는 또 하나의 좋은 사례를 보여주는 기업으로 될 것입니다. 주식시장에서 장외주식 시장 및 사모펀드 시장에 또 다른 바람을 넣어줄 수 있는 기업일 것이라는 이야기를 남기며 앞으로도 이리언스의 승승장구를 바랍니다.

In addition to researching the existing iris biometric system, Ilion talks with IBK Investment & Securities to finalize its IPO strategy after discussing specific listing methods and schedules with the rapid growth of the new ESS photovoltaic business and new 3D wafer cell business. In terms of size, the dark hose in the renewable energy sector received orders of KRW 21 billion for the advanced energy storage system (ESS) solar street lamp business for the first smart city, 'Tuclak City', and a supply contract for a 3 billion wafer 3D wafer module with a Taiwan company. It is suddenly rising.

 In addition, Ilions has been in the KOTC-BB market and will be another good example of listing KOSDAQ on the KOTC-BB market. We hope that Ilions will win in the future, leaving behind the story that the stock market will be able to inject other winds into the OTC and private equity markets.
